- Do not misrepresent the brand or make false claims
- Do not engage in any activity that may harm JeetBuzz’s reputation
4. Commission Structure
Commissions are earned based on the performance of your referred users. The exact percentage and payment terms may vary and are communicated via your affiliate dashboard. All commissions are subject to approval and verification.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are made on a regular basis as defined in your affiliate account. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and ensuring compliance with any tax obligations as per the laws of Bangladesh.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Spamming or unsolicited email marketing
- Using unauthorized or misleading content
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Manipulating cookies or tracking systems
- Promoting to underage users or restricted territories
7. Termination
JeetBuzz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time without prior notice if any terms are violated. Upon termination, you will no longer receive commissions and must cease all promotional activity.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content provided by JeetBuzz remain the property of the company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for affiliate promotion only.
9. Limitation of Liability
JeetBuzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. You agree to participate at your own risk.
10. Amendments
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the affiliate dashboard or email. Continued participation in the program after updates constitutes your acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the affiliate agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Bangladesh.
